Description: This fixed pulley pruner was manufactured with forged steel components for strength, designed for the professional arborist. These heavy duty pruners have a 1-3/4 in. cut capacity with side cut action. The fixed pulley feature reduces the pulling force needed to make the cut. The pruner also features an enhanced spring for smoother cutting action and a raised hook edge to reduce blade drag.
